The Mission
Safe. Sexy. Free.
C.L.C. classes aim to create a space space for unruly bodies to explore what it means to feel present, grounded, and fulfilled through guided movement. Our goal is to feel good in our skin, leading with pleasure and inhabiting our bodies as a place that feels safe, shameless, and sexy. By opening ourselves up to movements outside our comfort zone, we learn to place trust in our body, seeing our physical self as a whole being worthy of respect and appreciation. Through dance, we become self-obsessed and in touch with our own desires, letting our bodies fall into a flow that feels right for us.

About Cari
Cari began her dance journey at three years old, pouting over scratchy sequins and ripped tights. Despite the temper tantrums, she continued training in jazz, hip hop, tap, musical theater, and contemporary, falling in love with dance and the confidence it gave her. Dance allowed Cari to feel present in her body as she learned how to manage lifelong chronic pain from autoimmune conditions. Now teaching dance in the NH Seacoast, her goal is to create classes that embrace diversity, inclusivity, and individuality. She loves sharing her passion for self-expression through movement, and believes dance is a beautiful exercise not only for the body, but for the mind as well, empowering dancers to prioritize compassion, self-love, and acceptance. Her classes, ranging in style from heels to hip-hop, are a safe space for dancers of all levels to feel grounded, supported, and celebrated!
